1. Scope of services

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by New Age Events, including:

• Pickup Bundles

• Delivery Bundles

• Emergency Booking Service

• Build Your Own Setup

2. Booking & confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

• Your booking is only confirmed when we send you written confirmation (email or message).

3. Payment

• Timing: Payment is due at pickup or upon delivery.

• We accept card or cash on site.

4. Deposits

• A refundable deposit is required:

  • €150 for Basic Bundles, Build Your Own setups, and Emergency

  • €200 for Premium Bundles or Build Your Own setups (above €200)

• Deposit is paid on site at pickup or delivery.

• Deposits are refunded immediately after return, provided all equipment is in the same condition as supplied.

• Damage, loss, or missing items will be charged at repair or replacement cost. If this exceeds the deposit, the customer must pay the balance.

5. Late returns / overtime

• If equipment is returned late or the rental exceeds the agreed time, a fee of €30/hour will apply.

6. Emergency bookings

• Emergency bookings are available with 1 hour’s notice, subject to availability.

• An additional fee of €100 or €75 applies.

7. Cancellations

• Since payment is made on site, no cancellation fee applies.

• However, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

8. Delivery

• There is no additional delivery fee within Dublin city.

• Additional travel charges may apply outside Dublin city.

• Customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the event location.

9. Customer responsibilities
We are not responsible for venue policies, power supply issues, or delays caused by third-party venue staff.

• Provide accurate event details.

• Ensure suitable power supply for equipment.

• Supervise equipment to prevent damage or misuse.

• Do not use equipment for illegal or unsafe purposes.

10. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit) resulting from equipment failure, unless caused by our negligence.

• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruption, power outages, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to find alternative arrangements.

11. Governing law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
